Textbooks and Ideology have become key areas of study these days. This research focuses on the exploration ideology in Intermediate English textbook-2 devised by Sindh Textbook Board Jamshoro employed college education department throughout province Pakistan. is based a textual critical discourse analysis ideological content found Pakistani language textbooks. It crucial to note that syllabi are used colleges accept use syllabus same boards at intermediate level. Moreover, whether textbook contains any elements prejudice, intolerance, hatred, or discrimination against those who practice other faiths. Examining ideology-related coursebooks, utilizes Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) Fairclough analytical framework. What kind textbook, as per first query? The results suggesting this show there mixture several ideologies book-2 i.e., religious ideology, secular most dominantly scientific ideology. hand, takes hateful, biased, discriminatory, intolerable stance Hindus. Correspondingly, can be beneficial ways. point necessity creating new curriculum with better teaching resources. curricula authors should go back reread books create more ideologies.
